WHY WE STARTED
Driving the passion.
After years working inside high-level youth soccer environments, we kept seeing the same thing: children who looked bored, robotic, and burnt out - and it reflects in the pro game. The pressure to perform had replaced the pleasure of playing. Kids were being pushed toward professionalism before they'd ever learned to simply enjoy the ball at their feet.
Systemic football is not why any of us fell in love with this game. And it's not the environment we want for the next generation. We exists to reclaim what made football beautiful in the first place — the freedom to express yourself, to make mistakes, to laugh, and to grow at your own pace.
OUR INSPIRATION
Culture.
Culture is not something you inherit — it is something you build.
We draw inspiration from the footballing nations and individuals who have shaped the game on their own terms.
From Brazil, we take creativity, freedom, and the pure joy of expression. Players like Ronaldinho and Kaká didn't just play the game — they celebrated it. The ball was never just a tool. It was an invitation.
From Croatia, we take the belief that size means nothing when the details are right. A small nation built into a global force through commitment to technical excellence and an unshakeable belief in their identity.
From the Netherlands — and from Johan Cruyff specifically — we take our philosophy of coaching. The coach's job is not to impose a system. It is to build an environment where every individual can find their game, move freely, and leave their mark on it.
We are not trying to copy anyone. We are building something of our own — a football culture rooted in creativity, intelligence, and individuality. One that respects where the game has been, and has its own ideas about where it's going.
Passion
First and foremost, the experience is designed to be fun. Youth players need to develop a relationship with the ball - nothing more.

Little Knights is built as an accessible entry point into the game — a place where any child, regardless of experience or ability, can step onto the pitch and feel like they belong. We're not here to manufacture academies. We're here to create moments that make kids fall in love with football.
Those who want more, will find more. As the program grows, so will our offerings — more sessions, more development pathways, and more opportunities for kids ready to take the next step. But the door always opens at the same place: just come play.
